Should you have a problem with one of our products please contact
Brian at (423) 902-6909 to get a warranty authorization number and address. Once we have received the item it will be inspected to determine whether a repair, replacement, or refund is best. All of our products have a minimum 90 day warranty and some of our products have up to a lifetime warranty. Warranty action will be determined solely by
South.East.Tackle.
​Once a repair or replacement has been made the item will be shipped back to the customer.

Returns

returns can be made by calling Brian at (423-902-6909 to get a return authorization number & return address . Return authorization numbers must be clearly printed on the outside of the shipping box along with your receipt from purchase. Once the item or items have been received and it has been determined that a return is possible your funds will be returned to your original purchase method.The refund may take a few days depending on how your financial institution works with you. All refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee!
